The Story

A counter, a cazuela, and no reservations required.

Bodega started with a dim-lit counter, a case of Manzanilla, and the conviction that the best meals happen when no one is trying too hard.

The guests are neighborhood couples who skip the apps and just walk in. Office groups splitting six plates after a long week. Out-of-towners who found us on a friend's insistence and now won't shut up about the croquetas.

We slice the jamón by hand. We cook the gambas to order. We pour until the bottle's empty.
